Does FavCRM include a POS for pickleball clubs?
FavCRM handles club payments through Stripe payment links and invoices tied to reservations and memberships, so court time and renewals are paid online before play. It is not a card-terminal POS for pro-shop retail.

Do players need to download an app to reserve a court?
No. Players reserve from a web page on any phone or desktop. Confirmations and reminders arrive by WhatsApp, SMS, or email, so there is no app barrier for new or occasional players.
