We're owners ourselves.

Founded in Hong Kong in 2024, FavCRM was born from a simple operator problem: service businesses were stitching together calendars, spreadsheets, payment links, campaign tools, and WhatsApp threads. We built one AI Manager CRM where customer history, bookings, invoices, campaigns, approvals, and AI-agent actions share the same record.
